About Us Bobbie Jeanne Palombo opened Home Bloom in Clifton Park, New York, in the Spring of 2006. Bobbie has over 20 years of experience in the floral and decorating fields. She owned and operated BJ's Flower Shop in Rotterdam for over 10 years, and has since worked at some of the top florists in Rotterdam, Schenectady and Loudonville. Through her many years of experience, she has become very familiar with many of the churches and reception locations in the Capital District. |
